Here is an old story for example. A grandfather told his grandson.
A man raised two wolves. One was a happy wolf, and the other was a sad, hateful wolf.
If they were to compete, think about which one would win. Which wolf would be stronger.
The wolf he fed the most would grow stronger. That would win.
The grandfather asked his grandson, which of these two wolves would you feed?
Everyone has these two wolves. Which wolf are you going to feed? This is a question we must ask ourselves.
Whatever we pay more attention to, it gains strength. Because by paying more attention to it, we attract those things to ourselves.
That is why that phenomenon happens again and again in our lives. So, the first mirror only reflects our feelings.
The first mirror reflects only our feelings such as honesty, truth, trust, love, friendship, laughter, sadness, anger, fear, hatred, doubt, affection, disappointment, expectation, jealousy,
generosity, joy, peace, inspiration, encouragement, hesitation, laziness, activity, fun, patience, ego, arrogance, simplicity, kindness, compassion, affection, and love.
