Is loneliness painful or enlightening?

Is loneliness painful or enlightening?

People generally don't like being alone. Most people would say that I do not depend on anyone and that others depend on me.

It is an another type of dependency is when others depend on you. Thinking that others should be dependent on us means that we are dependent on them.

Then who is completely free? He who gives complete freedom to others gains freedom himself. He who attains this freedom will be in complete solitude and blissful state.

Some are afraid of loneliness. It is only in solitude that our true selves emerge. Mirdath has very beautifully said that those who are afraid of himself avoids solitude to see the various flaws in himself.

We spend our time talking, watching unnecessary things and listening to nonsense to avoid loneliness.

When we are alone, we must take off the masks we wear to the outside world. Each of us wears masks for various situations and after some time we begin to believe them to be true.

Such beliefs are shattered when we are alone. That is why many people do not like solitude. Meditation has the power to reveal ourselves fully to ourselves.

Some people who say they are lonely are unable to avoid digital communication and become addicted to it and do not even know the meaning of loneliness.

It is in true silent meditation that we can be in a state of perfect solitude. There is a connection between loneliness and silence. Silence and meditation are closely related.

Time spent in total solitude will first develop the maturity to accept oneself as it is.

Those who decide to accept themselves with their faults acquire the nature of accepting others with their faults.

The importance of self-love also begins to be understood only in solitude. The famous spiritual writer Richard Fogg said that anyone who says that the world is full of sadness and suffering is ignorant.

Self-examination of solitude is essential if the meaning of this noble sentence is to be fully understood.

Only then can we understand self-realization, understanding others, and the morality of the workings of this whole cosmic movement.

Priests can guide you on this spiritual path. However, their own understandings develop only when they are in complete isolation.

Only when the constant nagging of the mind subsides can we hear the sound of that voice, the sound of Godliness. You can also understand the nature of life.
