Through the design of our curriculum, we are introduced to books from an early age. However, reading books is not an option for most people
The first reason is that this habit is forced. There is a need to memorize these whether we understand them or not.
As a result, students are less likely to read books from an early age. Any book carries the wisdom of its writers to its readers.
Reading spiritual books is a great storehouse of wisdom. The number of teachers living with us are very few.
And we rarely know the whereabouts of such saints and their true nature.
This is where book reading comes in very handy.
Padriji, the founder of the Pyramid Spiritual Movement, fully realized the beauty of this book reading and he himself has read more than one lakh books.
He has said that his wisdom has expanded only by reading books. Many sages like Osho, Yogananda have also said about the necessity of this.
Siddhas of that time have written many songs. It is sometimes difficult for us to know its meaning.
Because our understandings have not expanded enough to receive that wisdom.
So, there is a risk of misunderstanding the meaning of those songs. Hence, they are called hidden meaning.
When we are on the spiritual path, we practice meditation.
The fruit of this meditation power increases our understanding. In meditation, the cosmic power becomes more available to us.
It connects us with the vibrations of the sages who drafted the book and brings us that wisdom.
We can get the wisdom of sages that we do not see and do not know through reading books.
Reading a book is quite simple but understanding it is different for everyone.
For example, if five people read a book, then it is natural for them to reason.
There is a unique character among people in enjoying the book.
Reading a book is a path to knowledge but reading without understanding is of no use.
Through the power of meditation one can easily know the true meaning of the book.
Sometimes the same book has the power to create multiple understandings when read repeatedly.
Language is not a barrier to reading books. We can also gain more wisdom from books translated by priests in other countries.
Reading a book gives an educational knowledge. Beyond that is sacred way to knowledge.
