The program is designed to everyone who is very enthusiastic to increase their spiritual energies through mouna (Silence) & dhyana (Meditation). The seven day program will be an opportunity for everyone to spend time in nature & hills surroundings. The program is organised with various sessions including meditation inside Ganesha pyramid & Muruga merkaba pyramid, nature meditation, full moon meditation & trekking on the hills.
Pure satvik food & accomodation will be provided to everyone who participate for 7 days.
