About the Workshop:
Self-Mastery Program is conducted for the meditators who are beginners to PSSM. The topics covered are Science of Meditation, PSSM Guiding principles, Seven bodies, Seven Chakras, Karma and Reincarnation, Holistic Health, Self-Love, Yoga Parampara, Patanjali Yogasutras and Wisdom from Master etc.

About the Speaker:
I (Prabhakar) have been residing in Singapore for around 24 years of my life with my family. I am currently working as a Principal Engineer in an offshore industry. I embarked on this spiritual journey starting from May 2020 , after attending Ayyappa Pindi’s spiritual discourses during the pandemic. In November 2021, I started teaching the basics of meditation to build the foundation for new meditators who were part of the PSSM community and enhance their progress in their journey in a structured manner.
