The key for state of mind is the physical senses which capture information. It is a science which can be understood easily to experience all types of Joyful States. Meditation is the only way to train up our mind. Meditation is the effort we make to experience the Joy.

About the Speakers:
The Workshop is conducted by our senior Pyramid Masters who are practicing Meditation since years
Sunitha Jagdish started her spiritual journey in year 2004 at Chennai. Sunitha after experiencing the bliss in Meditation started teaching meditation across Tamilnadu under the guidance of Brahmarshi Patriji. Since 2005, she is conducting meditation awareness programs & events across Tamilnadu in various sectors like Schools, Colleges, Corporates & in General Public. Mrs. Sunita Jagdish is currently rendering her spiritual services at Agasthiyar Pyramid, Ramanaickenpettai, Tamilnadu. She is also doing as one of the Trustees in The Chennai Pyramid Spiritual Trust.
Mrs. Shanthi from Veppanapalli, Tamilnadu is a sincere meditator who has taught meditation to many people. She has given many programs & translation services in PMC-Tamizh channel.
Mr. Jangal from Hosur has raised awareness about meditation in many schools & colleges. Jangal's main aim is to teach meditation to students from their early age. He has translated spiritual books and is offering his spiritual services to the society without any expectation.
Mr. Subramaniam after practicing meditation under the guidance of many senior masters has understood the truth of Ahimsa .. Now Subramaniam is a pure vegetarian. He is a regular practicer of “Anapanasati” meditation. He has been doing a meditation campaign for everyone to get the pleasure he got in meditation.
